Conclusion
Les dépendances associées à la dépendance à l’alcool
sont à rechercher systématiquement du fait de leur
fréquence.
Les patients alcoolodépendants présentant d’autres
addictions ont un profil sociodémographique,
clinique et sont, au niveau des comorbidités psychia-
triques, plus proches des patients dépendants aux
drogues que des patients uniquement alcoolo-
dépendants.
Le pronostic est moins bon en cas d’addiction(s)
associée(s), notamment sur le plan somatique.
Il est nécessaire de prendre en charge simulta-
nément les comorbidités addictives, en tenant
compte bien sûr des degrés de motivations au
changement, différents selon les patients et selon
les substances. ■
