Introduction Voici les 38 lettres de l’Alphabet Arménien (en minuscule et majuscule) créé par Saint Mesrop Machtots (362-440) en 405 apr. J.-C. La langue arménienne est une langue indo-européenne, comme le français, l’allemand ou l’anglais. Saint Mesrop Machtots A retenir : Saint Mesrop Machtots créa l’alphabet arménien afin de traduire les Évangiles et ainsi faciliter la conversion des païens. La langue arménienne écrite pour la première fois après sa création a été appelé GRAPAR. On parle aussi de la langue classique et/ou ancienne. Le GRAPAR est une langue morte mais elle est toujours utilisée au sein de l’Église apostolique arménienne en tant que langue liturgique. La langue moderne est appelée Achkharapar. Cette dernière est un ensemble de dialectes arméniens que le poète et écrivain Khatchatour Abovian rénova au 19ème siècle pour la transformer en une langue littéraire. L’arménien oriental est l’Achkharapar parlé en Arménie. L’arménien occidental est l’arménien parlé dans la Diaspora arménienne. (Diaspora du Grec ancien: Dispersion d’un peuple à travers le monde.) La terminaison du verbe conjuguée indique la personne. 1b. Nouveau verbe (suite de la leçon 4) o Conjugaison du verbe apprendre sorvil Mode : Indicatif Temps : Présent apprendre j’ apprends sorvil (transcription phonétique) (yéss) gue sorvïm tu (tou) apprends gue sorviss en arménien (ես) կը սորվիմ (դու) կը սորվիս Une touche de Grammaire… Au présent de l’indicatif, la particule « gue » « կը » est placé devant chaque verbe commençant par une consonne et « g’ » « կ՛ » devant chaque verbe commençant par une voyelle (à l’exception de l’auxiliaire être). 2.
