Job Opportunity – Coach NB & CSCA
Marketing and Program Assistant
***This position is partially funded by the Canada Summer Jobs Program and as a result is open to students currently
enrolled in post secondary education and returning to their studies in September 2013****
Salary: $11.50/hour – 37.5 hours/week – 8 weeks
Anticipated start date: June 17th, 2013
Location: Fredericton
The Marketing and Program Assistant will be working on programs and projects with Coach New Brunswick and the
Canadian Sport Centre Atlantic. The position has a range of responsibilities which include:






Conducting a website audit and preparing recommendations for both Coach NB and CSCA;
Implementing website updates and changes;
Assisting with E-newsletters, social media promotion, database management;
Developing new and/or improving current marketing plans and social media strategies;
Implementing standardized programs and workshops;
Participating in on-going activities/events.
The successful candidate should have at least one year of University experience with a background in Kinesiology,
Recreation, Business, Sport Science, Education, or related field. S/he will demonstrate:








Experience in a marketing/communications role;
Experience with social media and website management;
Strong computer skills, experience with all Microsoft office programs, including Publisher;
Exceptional writing skills;
Ability to work independently;
Willingness to learn new skills and apply existing skills in new and innovative settings;
Accuracy and attention to detail;
Competencies in English and French an asset.

jeunes âgés de 15 à 30 ans aux études à temps plein et qui prévoient retourner aux études pendant la prochaine
année scolaire, septembre 2013.
Salaire: 11.50 $/heures – 37.5 heures/semaines – 8 semaines

Entraîneur Nouveau-Brunswick et le Centre Canadien Multisport Atlantique sont à la recherche d’un(e) étudiant(e)
d’été. Les responsabilités :






Faire une revue et appuyer des changements aux sites web du CCMA et Entraîneur NB;
Assister avec les outils de communications web; (Facebook, Twitter, bulletin de nouvelle, promotions);
Diriger la planification, la mise en œuvre et la réalisation d’une variété de différents projets marketing;
Développer et améliorer les plans et stratégies de marketing et communications;
Implanter des programmes et des ateliers;
Participer aux activités et événements.
Le/la candidat(e) devrait avoir un an d’expérience à l’université dans un des domaines suivants : kinésiologie, sport
et loisir, éducation, administration, etc.
Compétences:








Expérience dans un rôle de marketing ou communications;
Expérience avec des outils de communication et de média sociaux;
Connaître les logiciels Microsoft suivants : Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Publisher;
Habileté exceptionnelle à écrire;
Motiver et démontrer des aptitudes à travailler de manière autonome;
Bonne aptitude à gérer les projets, de l’idée jusqu’à l’exécution.
La précision et souci du détail;
Le bilinguisme serait un atout.
