– la patiente doit pouvoir bénéficier d’une information éclairée
qui rendra moins douloureuse la possible décompensation urinaire
en postopératoire.
– une évaluation précise des symptômes urinaires aura lieu à dis-
tance de la chirurgie dont on a vu qu’elle pouvait certes induire ou
aggraver les symptômes, mais aussi parfois les améliorer. La prise
en charge à venir sera alors fonction de chaque patiente.
Au terme de ce travail et à la lecture d’une littérature riche mais
peu exploitable sur le sujet, l’important reste de considérer l’adage
primum non nocere comme la règle d’or de toute chirurgie fonc-
tionnelle ! ■
