dessins et modèles; procéder a l enregistrement de toute marque de fabrique, élire domicile,
substituer tout ou partie des présents pouvoirs; remplir enfin toutes les formalités voulues par les
lois et les règlements, et en général faire aux effets ci -dessus et conformément aux usages tout
ce qui paraîtra utile dans les différents cas qui peuvent se présenter, déclarant reconnaître et
ratifier tous les actes accomplis pour la réalisation du présent pouvoir et mandant.

application relative to additions or to patents of improvement. To request the advertisement of
designs and models, to perform the registration of all trademarks, to elect the address for
services. To substitute all or a part of the present powers; to file all legal formalities and to do all
that happen to be useful in the different cases that may turn up. I, the undersigned declare to
