For 3rd person singular ( HE / SHE / IT ) add (- s / -es / -ies )
-Verbs which end in ( s , ch , sh , x, z and also the verbs go / do ) take ‘es’ at
the end.
example: wash / washes go/ goes
-Change ‘y’ to ‘i’ and add ‘es’ when a consonant precedes ‘y’.
