For thirty-four years, the Pointe Claire Intermediate Hockey League has hosted an annual charity
hockey tournament. The goal of this year’s tournament, as has been the case in past years, is to
raise money for local area charities and organizations that can benefit from our assistance. Past
recipients of our support have been the West Island Community Shares. Over the last few years
we were able to raise over $40,000 the local charity service.
The great success of our tournament is achieved with the support of people such as you. Through
advertising in the arena during the week, or through the donation of products, not only do you
contribute to the improvement of our community, but you or your business will also be exposed
to the more than 500 participants as well as the hundreds of spectators that come through the
arena over the course of the tournament. This year’s event will run from April 24th – April 28th.

Pour trente-quatre ans déjà, la Ligue de Hockey des Intermédiaires de Pointe-Claire organise leur
tournoi annuel de hockey sur glace. L’objectif principale du tournoi est le même que par les
années passée et à pour but de ramasser des fonds pour les organismes de la communauté qui en
ont le plus besoin. Sur plusieurs années, nous avons été choyé de récolter 40000$, que nous
avons par la suite redistribués à divers organismes incluant Partage-Action de l’Ouest de l’Île.
Le grand succès de notre tournoi de hockey sur glace provient du soutient que nous obtenons de
gens tel que vous. Que ce soit par de la publicité dans l’aréna Bob Birnie lors de l’événement,
où bien de donation de produits ou services. En nous supportant, vous supportez votre
communauté et vous vous exposez à plus de 500 participants de 21ans à 35ans en plus des
supporteurs de ceux-ci. Le tournoi du cette année aura lieu du 24 Avril au 28 Avril, 2013.
