Vice President, Clinical Care 
The Vice President, Clinical Care, Champlain CCAC (VP) reports to the Chief Executive 
Officer and is accountable for strategic leadership, design and delivery of clinical care 
services and programs in a highly complex and dynamic health sector environment. This 
executive leadership role requires an astute critical thinker and collaborator with a history of 
executing the development, implementation and evaluation of strategic and operational 
plans. Superior communication and conflict resolution skills are essential for the position. 
The VP plays a vital role in forging strong relationships with other regional health partners 
and relevant stakeholders. 
The mandate requires an individual able to lead with a global perspective and guide best 
practice service models to inspire and foster a collaborative spirit of engagement.
