Protocole anti-thrombotique chez
un patient « programmé »
•Association Clopidogrel 1cp/j + Aspirine 75 mg
/j début 10 jours avant et 3 mois après
• Puis l’un poursuivi à vie
• La veille de l’intervention : test efficacité des
antiagrégants (VASP) et adaptation éventuelle
de la posologie ou remplacement par Prasugrel
• Durant l’intervention : 5000.00 UI héparine

La résistance au Clopidogrel n’est plus
maintenant un fait ignoré : ici thrombose
intrastent à J2
