About Alpine Canada Alpin: 
 
Alpine Canada Alpin (“ACA”) is a not-for-profit, National Sport Federation, 
responsible for the development and promotion of world class athletes in three of 
Canada’s fastest and most exciting snow sports: alpine, para-alpine and ski cross. 
ACA’s mandate includes promoting skiing at every level, including racing and 
recreational ski programs, for all ages. With the support of valued corporate and 
government partners, ACA develops Olympic, Paralympic and world champion athletes 
who stimulate and inspire participation and excellence in skiing.  
 
About CLUB ACA: 
 
CLUB ACA is a loyalty program for ski fans, providing its members with various 
benefits and discounts provided by ACA corporate partners. CLUB ACA is free to join 
and allows its members to receive significant discounts when purchasing outerwear, 
clothing and other products through ACA partners such as Helly Hansen, Descente and 
others. Membership in CLUB ACA is open to members of the public and is targeted 
to participants, coaches and other fans of Canadian ski racing. 
  
The Opportunity: 
 
ACA is looking to fill the position of Manager, CLUB ACA, to lead the marketing 
planning & implementation for this program.  This role reports to the Vice Presidet, 
Partnerships for ACA. The Manager's scope includes building an aligned approach to 
market Club ACA, to maximize awareness of the program, and to secure new partners 
wishing to participate in the program.  
 
Location & Term: 
 
This position will be based out of our Toronto offices.   This is a 6-month contract, 
with potential for renewal. 
  
Responsibilities: 
 
 Lead all aspects of CLUB ACA marketing to deliver a consistent, on-brand 
experience. This includes program awareness, member acquisition, partner 
onboarding, member retention, partner & member renewal, and specific 
marketing strategies and tactics 
 Lead & support the implementation of key strategic initiatives, with a focus on 
brand, member experience & innovation 
 Build on the definition of short, medium & long-term marketing capabilities
