Pour une société leader en prestation de services dans le domaine de
l’expérimentation agronomique.
Mission :
Créer puis gérer, après une période de formation dans une de nos stations, une antenne
d’expérimentation agronomique.
Mise en place et suivi des essais selon les principes des Bonnes Pratiques d'Expérimentation
(BPE) et/ou des Bonnes Pratiques de Laboratoire (BPL) conformément aux protocoles/ plans
d'étude, aux Procédures Opératoires Standardisées, aux normes et décrets en vigueur.
Repérage de site, traitements, prélèvement, notations.
Responsabilité technique sur le terrain des essais variétaux, Semis, récolte sur l’ensemble
d’une zone établie au préalable, conduite de matériel agricole, suivi des clients régionaux
dans la région.
Poste évolutif : Leader régional : développement de région, coordination de
plusieurs stations, management, optimisation des ressources humaines et
matérielles.
Profil :
niveau BTS en agriculture ou ingénieur, avec 5 ans minimum d’expérience réussie en
expérimentation
- Anglais souhaité
- Sens de l’initiative, travail en équipe, rigoureux et observateur.
- Autonome / bonne connaissance des pratiques agricoles locales
- Bonnes connaissances du pays
- Volonté de relever un challenge technique, management d’équipe, administratif et
commercial

Activities :
Create and manage, after a period of training in one of our stations , antenna agronomic
experimentation .
The implementation and follow-up testing according to the principles of Good
Experimental Practice (GEP ) and / or Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) according to
protocols / study plans, Standard Operating Procedures , standards and ordinances.
Location scouting , treatment, collection, ratings.
Technical responsibility in the field variety trials , sowing , harvesting an entire
established in advance, driving farm equipment , monitoring of regional clients in the
region area.
