Mit dem CEM01 wird einer Problematik entgegengewirkt, die bei langen Zuleitungen
für Relais und Schütze bei Ansteuerung mit
Wechselspannung eintreten kann. Obwohl
der ansteuernde Schaltkontakt geöffnet
wird, kann durch die parasitäre Kapazität
der Zuleitung ein Stromfluss erhalten
bleiben. Dadurch bleibt das Relais oder
Schütz eingeschaltet. Relaisspule und Leitungskapazität bilden einen Schwingkreis.
In extremen Fällen ist die Spulenspannung
bei geöffnetem Kontakt höher als die
Nennspannung des Systems.
Das CEM01 kompensiert den durch die
Zuleitung erzeugten Reststrom und sorgt
dafür, dass das Relais sicher ausschaltet.
Es kann eine maximal parasitäre Kapazität
von 60 nF kompensieren, das entspricht
ca. 500 m Leitungslänge eines normalen
Steuerkabels.

Avec le CEM01 on résout un problème qui
se manifeste, quand un relais ou un contacteur est commandé par du courant alternatif à travers un câble d’alimentation très
long. Bien que le contact de commande
soit désexcité, un courant peut se conserver
à cause de la capacité parasitaire dans
le conducteur. Le relais ou le contacteur
reste ainsi excité. La bobine du relais et la
capacité du conducteur forment un oscillateur. Dans des cas extrêmes, la tension de
bobine avec contact de commande ouvert
est plus haute que la tension nominale du
système.
Le CEM01 compense le courant résiduel
généré par le conducteur et assure, que le
relais soit désexcité. Il compense une capacité parasitaire maximale de 60 nF, ce qui
correspond à une longueur de 500 mètres
d’un câble de commande standard.

Interference Suppressor
The CEM01 prevents a problem, which
occurs when a relay or a contactor is supplied with alternating voltage over a very
long conductor. Even though the controlling
contact is open, a current flow remains in
the conductor due to the parasitic capacity.
That’s why the relay or contactor remains
energized. The relay coil and the capacity of
the conductor are developing an oscillating
circuit. In extreme cases, the coil voltage
with open controlling contact is higher than
the nominal voltage of the system.
The CEM01 compensates the residual
current generated by the cable and makes
sure that the relay is safely de-energized. It
is able to compensate a maximal parasitic
capacity of 60 nF, which corresponds to
a conductor length of ca. 500 m with a
standard control cable.
