(CSPNE) is pleased to announce that Joël Boucher has been appointed as the New Principal of
École publique Étoile du Nord in Iroquois Falls.
As of August 1st 2013, Mr. Boucher will be Principal of École élémentaire publique Étoile du Nord
in Iroquois Falls. He has been Acting Principal since March 2012.
Mr. Boucher, a resident of Iroquois Falls, has seventeen years experience as an educator. He is also
actively involved in volunteer work in his community. His experiences, skills and attributes will
certainly benefit his students, their families, the school and the CSPNE.
The CSPNE Director of Education, Mr. Roch Gallien, affirms that the School Board is extremely
proud to have Mr.Boucher as part of their team and that this addition will allow the school to
materialize their plans. Joël’s leadership and administrative expertise have been noticeable ever
since he joined the CSPNE team. Mr. Gallien stresses that Joël has always demonstrated his
proficiency while keeping the child at the heart of his decisions.
The Public School Board family congratulates Mr. Boucher on his appointment as Principal of
École élémentaire publique Étoile du Nord in Iroquois Falls.
