1. Relax and de-stress. Its hard to give ourselves the permission to relax and be present with
what IS. Being on a retreat allows you to be free from patterned life stress with the support
of those around you.
2. Eat well without having to do all the work: Bright, fresh foods! You don’t need to worry
about grocery shopping, cooking, or even cleaning!
3. Gain new perspectives: Being in a new location is a great way to explore and put your life
into perspective. It helps to open your eyes and your heart while letting go of control and
opening to the flow of life.
4. Detox digitally: One of our favorite things about a retreat is limiting cell phone/internet
use.
5. Travel Safe & in numbers: Sometimes travel can be intimidating, so why not do it with a
group. Feel safe and comfortable as you travel to new destinations.
6. Create new habits: In just a short-time you can begin to discover how prioritizing yourself
can help you shift old habits, set intentions, create clarity and awareness, and build
connections preparing you for healthy habits and conscious new behaviors for when you
return home that reflect your true self.
7. Take your yoga to the next level: Practicing yoga and living a healthy life style regularly can
be challenging if you have a busy schedule. Beginner or advanced yogis, when on a retreat,
you practice daily and discover how it feels to be more present and centered than ever
before.
8. Learn to meditate: When you are less distracted by life (cell phones, computers, children),
you will find it a lot easier to breathe, sit in beauty, and reconnect with what is important in
your life.
9. Create new friendships: Community and connections you create with those around you.
Be kind to yourself and invest in yourself.

- 12h30 : Déjeuner végétarien : Thaïlandais,
Indien, Japonais, Européen concocté avec amour et
savoir-faire par Jeab, notre hôte et son staff.
- 13h30 à 16h : Temps libre
- 16h à 17h : Philosophie, conférences, échanges
- 17h à 18h : Méditation
