Marketing is a social process which satisfies consumers' needs. The term includes
anticipating the customers' future needs and expectations, often through market
research. Traditional marketing has been used for so many years and has now been
replaced by what is called “viral marketing” as a new method of promotion.
Could you explain how this new medium can help marketers to reach more customers
and cut costs.
