Italians

eaters. According to studies carried out

Health, eating habits in Italy in
recent years have changed for the worse. Italians are eating more, eating badly and getting
fatter.

such diseases, Italians ought to
be fol1owing Mediterranean diet style
of
eating, which according to nutrition experts ought
to help prevent many
of
these diseases. They recommend a moderate intake
of
cereals,
fresh vegetables, white meat and olive oil.
