TERMS OF DONATIONS
We invite you to read these terms and conditions of online donations of the Lalla Salma Foundation to
fight against cancer.
The validation of your online donation web form is considered as an irrevocable acceptance of these
terms.
1. Preamble
The following general terms of the online donations govern all transactions established through the
website of the Lalla Salma Foundation to fight against cancer. Any donation passed through this
website assumes the donor the unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions.
2. Purpose
These terms are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of Internet
donations, through Maroc Telecommerce platform, of Lalla Salma Foundation to fight against cancer.
www.contrelecancer.ma and www.gala.contrelecancer.ma Websites are owned by the foundation
Lalla Salma to fight against cancer.
Maroc Telecommerce is an online transaction management services and a brand owned by Maroc
Telecommerce SA.
3. Definitions
In the remainder hereof, each of the expressions mentioned below will be heard in the sense of its
definition.
• "Donor" means any natural or legal person who is acting for purposes donation to benefit of the Lalla
Salma Foundation to fight against cancer.
• "Purchase payment" online payment form hosted in Maroc Telecommerce platform and indicates
that the characteristics of the donation made by the Donor.
• "Donation": act by which the Donor agrees to pay an amount of money and Lalla Salma Foundation
to fight against cancer to receive it.
4. Donate
Through the websites of the Lalla Salma Foundation to fight against cancer, the Donor accesses the
online form of donation. He selects or enters the desired donation amount, fills his identity
information, accept the terms and validates the online form. The Donor is thus redirected to the online
secure payment platform Maroc Telecommerce where he completes his payment information and
validates the payment.
5. Payment Methods
To pay an online donation by credit card, the Doner is called to enter the coordinates of his payment
card and authentication PIN. When the transaction is accepted by the bank, the discount for debit his
account is made in the working-day following the date of confirmation of the transaction.
Online payment by credit card is secured by Maroc Telecommerce that provides a fully secure payment
service.
The Donor guarantees Lalla Salma Foundation to fight against cancer that he has the funds required
permission to use the payment method chosen by him during the validation of the payment.
When paying by credit card, the provisions relating to the fraudulent use of payment method provided
in agreements between the Donor and the card issuer, and between Lalla Salma Foundation to fight
against cancer and his institution Bank apply.
6. Data Privacy
The information requested from the Donor during the online donation operation are required to
process the online transaction. They are treated confidentially. The Donor has the right to rectification
of his personal data.
7. Proof of donations’ payment
The data stored on the Maroc Telecommerce platform on behalf of the Lalla Salma Foundation to fight
against cancer constitutes proof of payment for online donations made by the Donor.
