Ce médicament est une spécialité d’AUTOMEDICATION qui peut être utilisée sans consultation ni prescription d’un médecin. La persistance des symptômes, l’aggravation
ou l’apparition de nouveaux troubles, imposent de prendre un avis médical.
Composition
Les substances actives sont : oxyde d’aluminium 230 mg, sous forme d’oxyde
d’aluminium hydraté 460 mg, hydroxyde de magnésium 400 mg, pour un sachet-dose.
Les autres composants sont : sirop de saccharose à 64%, sorbitol à 70% (non cristallisable), mélange de gomme xanthane et de gomme guar, chlorure de sodium,
arôme citron.
Quand utiliser ce médicament (Indications thérapeutiques) ?
Ce médicament est indiqué chez l’adulte (à partir de 15 ans) dans les brûlures
d’estomac et les remontées acides.
Informations nécessaires avant de prendre ce medicament
Ce médicament NE DOIT PAS ETRE UTILISE en cas :
• d’antécédents d’allergie à l’un des composants du médicament,
• de maladie grave du rein.
En cas de doute, il est indispensable de demander l’avis de votre médecin ou de
votre pharmacien.
Mises en garde et précautions d’emploi
• Mises en garde Vous ne devez utiliser ce médicament qu’après avis de votre médecin :
- si vos troubles sont associés à une perte de poids,
- si vous avez des difficultés à avaler ou une gêne abdominale persistante.
- si vous souffrez de troubles de la digestion pour la première fois ou si ces troubles
se sont modifiés récemment,
- si vous souffrez d’une maladie des reins.
En raison de la présence de saccharose et de sorbitol, ce médicament ne doit pas être
utilisé en cas d’intolérance au fructose, de syndrome de malabsorption du glucose et
du galactose, de déficit en sucrase-isomaltase (maladies métaboliques rares).
• Précautions d’emploi
En cas de dialyse rénale chronique ou de traitement prolongé, tenir compte de
l’apport en aluminium.
Si l’intensité et/ou la fréquence des symptômes persistent sans amélioration ou
s’aggravent après 10 jours de traitement, n’augmentez pas la dose mais prenez
l’avis de votre médecin ou de votre pharmacien.
Ce médicament contient 3,15 g de saccharose par sachet-dose : en tenir compte
dans la ration journalière en cas de régime pauvre en sucre ou de diabète. En cas de
doute, ne pas hésiter à demander l’avis de votre médecin ou de votre pharmacien.
Grossesse et allaitement
Ne prenez pas ce médicament sans avoir demandé l’avis de votre médecin ou de
votre pharmacien.
Grossesse : ce médicament ne sera utilisé pendant la grossesse que sur les conseils
de votre médecin.
Allaitement : l’utilisation de ce médicament est possible pendant l’allaitement.
Liste des excipients à effet notoire : Saccharose, sorbitol.
Prise ou utilisation d’autres medicaments : Il convient de ne pas prendre au même
moment l’antiacide et un autre médicament. Cet autre médicament pourra être pris
à distance de l’antiacide (par exemple 2 heures avant).
Ce médicament contient des antiacides (hydroxyde d’aluminium et hydroxyde de
magnésium). D’autres médicaments en contiennent. Ne les associez pas, afin de ne
pas dépasser les doses maximales conseillées (voir “Comment utiliser ce médicament?”).
Veuillez indiquer à votre médecin ou à votre pharmacien si vous prenez ou avez pris
récemment un autre médicament, même s’il s’agit d’un médicament obtenu sans
ordonnance.
Comment utiliser ce médicament ?
Réservé à l’adulte (à partir de 15 ans).
Voie orale. 1 à 2 sachets par prise au moment des brûlures d’estomac ou des
remontées acides.
Nombre de prise maximale par jour : 6 prises. Ne pas dépasser 12 sachets par jour.
Malaxer soigneusement le sachet avant ouverture. Absorber la suspension telle
quelle sans la diluer. La durée d’utilisation est limitée à 10 jours.
Effets indésirables éventuels
Comme tous les médicaments, ce médicament est susceptible d’avoir des effets
indésirables. Possibilité de :
• troubles digestifs (diarrhées ou constipation),
• diminution du taux de phosphore dans le sang en cas d’utilisation prolongée ou à
fortes doses.
Si vous remarquez des effets indésirables non mentionnés dans cette notice,
veuillez en informer votre médecin ou pharmacien.
Conservation : A conserver à une température ne dépassant pas 25°C. Ne laisser ni
à la portée ni à la vue des enfants
Date de péremption : Ne pas utiliser après la date de péremption figurant sur la
boîte.

Conseils d’éducation sanitaire
Ce médicament a pour but de soulager vos maux d’estomac. Les brûlures
d’estomac, les remontées acides peuvent être dues à des modifications de
l’alimentation (mets acides ou épicés, boissons alcoolisées...) ou à la prise de
certains médicaments (aspirines, anti-inflammatoires...). N’hésitez pas en parler à
votre médecin ou à votre pharmacien. Afin de limiter l’apparition des symptômes,
respectez autant que possible, les règles d’hygiène suivantes :
- évitez les repas abondants et riches en graisse,
- évitez certains aliments tels que le chocolat, épices, piments, jus d’agrumes,
boissons gazeuses,
- variez votre alimentation,
- normalisez votre poids et faites de l’exercice,
- évitez la pratique d’un effort important juste après le repas,
- évitez le tabac et la consommation d’alcool.

This medicine is an over-the-counter medicine that can be taken without a visit to a physician or a prescription. If symptoms persist or get worse, or new symptoms
appear, you must see a physician.
Composition:
Active ingredients are: aluminium hydroxide 230 mg, in hydrated aluminium
hydroxide form 460 mg, magnesium hydroxide 400 mg for one sachet.
Other components are: sucrose syrup (64%), sorbitol 70% (non crystallisable), mix
of xanthame gum and guar gum, sodium chloride, lemon flavour.
When should this drug be used (Therapeutic indications)
This medicine is indicated in adults (above 15 years old) for heartburn and gastroesophageal reflux.
Information to be red before taking this medicine
This medicine SHOULD NOT BE USED in the event of:
- Known history of allergy to one of the components of the oral suspension,
- Serious kidney disease.
In case of doubt, it is essential that you ask your physician or pharmacist for advice.
Warnings and precautions
• Warnings
You should use this medicine only following medical advice:
- if your disorders are associated with a weight loss,
- if you have any problems swallowing or have persistent abdominal discomfort,
- if it is the first time you suffer from digestive disorders or if your disorders have
changed recently,
- if you have a kidney disease.
Because of presence of sucrose and sorbitol, this medicine is contra-indicated in the
event of fructose intolerance, syndrome of glucose and galactose bad absorption or
sucrase-isomatase deficit (uncommon metabolic disease).
• Precautions
In the event of chronic renal dialysis or prolonged treatment, take aluminium
supplementation into account.
If intensity and/or frequency of symptoms do not improve or get worse after 10 days
of treatment, do not increase the dose but seek advice from your physician or
pharmacist.
This medicine contains 3,15 g of sucrose in each sachet, take it in account in your
daily diet in case of diabetes or low sugar diet.
In case of doubt, do not hesitate to ask your physician or pharmacist for advice.
Pregnancy and lactation
Do not take this medicine without your physician or you pharmacist advice.
Pregnancy: This medicine should be used during pregnancy only with your doctor
advice.
Lactation: The use of this medicine is possible during breast-feeding.
Excipents known to have a recognised effect: Sucrose, sorbitol
Taking and using other medicines
Do not take at the same time the antacid and another medicine. This other medicine
should be taken well before or after (e.g. 2 hours before the antiacid).

This medicine contains antacids (magnesium hydroxide and aluminium hydroxide). They are also contained in other medicines, in which case you should not
take them at the same time in order not to exceed the recommended maximal
doses (see “How should this drug be used?”).
In order to avoid possible interactions with other medicines, inform your physician
or pharmacist about any other current treatment.
How should this drug be used?
Oral route. Adults (above 15 years old).
1 to 2 sachets when heartburn of acid reflux occur, maximum 6 times and do not
exceeding 12 sachets per day.
Mix carefully the sachet before opening. Drink the suspension as it is without diluting.
The treatment duration should be limited to 10 days.
Undesirable effects
As any other medicine, this drug may have undesirable effects. The following may
occur:
• digestive disorders (constipation or diarrhoea),
• decrease in blood phosphorus level, in the event of prolonged use or high doses.
If you notice any other undesirable effect tell your physician or pharmacist.
Storage: Do not store above 25°C. Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
Expiry date: Do not use after the expiry date mentioned on the box.

Health education addice
The aim of this medicine is to relieve stomach pain. Heartburn, acid reflux can be
due to a change of diet (acid or hot dishes, alcoholic drinks...) or to some medicines (aspirins, anti inflammatory...). Do not hesitate to ask your physician or
pharmacist. In order to limit the appearance of these symptoms, try to respect the
following health advices:
• Avoid plenty and fat rich eating,
• Avoid such aliments as chocolate, spices, chilli, citrus fruit juices, sodas,
• Diversify your alimentation,
• Normalize your weight and make exercise
• Avoid the practice of an important effort just after eating,
• Avoid tobacco and alcohol use.
