Calais Premier is well located and is the UK’s conti-
nental gateway. Situated on a major European
transport intersection beneting from road, rail
and sea infrastructure, it is a unique location.
Calais Premier will be the rst logistics park in Eu-
rope with a rail motorway managed by the Ger-
man company CargoBeamer, allowing a 500 m
long train to load /unload 25 trucks in 10 minutes.

CargoBeamer, elle permet de décharger un train
