Abstract (en)
The duplexer (10) has a selective filter (14) passing light at an optical wavelength (lambda1). A surface of a waveguide (16) comprises a pattern
that is transparent for the light at the optical wavelength and diffracts the light at another optical wavelength (lambda2). A photoreceptor (12) for the
former optical wavelength is designed as a pin photodiode comprising a stack of heavily doped p-type semiconductor layers, intrinsic semiconductor
layers and heavily doped N-type semiconductor layers. The filter comprises a top silicon layer and a lower silicon oxide index layers. An independent
claim is also included for a manufacturing method for an optical duplexer.

L'invention concerne un duplexeur optique destiné à recevoir de la lumière à une première longueur d'onde optique (»1) et à réémettre de la lumière
à une seconde longueur d'onde optique (»2), comprenant sur un substrat des couches successives formant un photorécepteur (12) de la première
longueur d'onde optique (»1), un filtre (14) sélectif laissant passer la première longueur d'onde optique (»1), et un guide d'onde (16), recevant la
lumière à la seconde longueur d'onde optique, dont une face comprend un réseau transparent pour la première longueur d'onde optique (»1) et
diffractant pour la seconde longueur d'onde optique (»2).
