During the last session, we asked ourselves if artificial intelligence could assist us, humans.
To begin, we discussed about a photo showing Ava, an AI, who is the main character of the movie
“ex-machina”. She seems to look like us, still she has wires instead of bones.
To continue, we discovered the robot spot made by Boston dynamics. He looks like a dog. This
machina was made to help humans. For example, it can, among many things, clean the house, assist
old people, protect the house of intruders. Moreover, spot can also assist you for the industry.
Therefore, this robot is a tool really helpful, as long as it stays a tool and that we keep the control.
Otherwise, to me, it can become dangerous if it starts to tale his own decisions. Indeed, it could
represent a threat to humans since it knows our data and daily habits.
