O-let components read the pipe entry within the specification to determine the pipe wall thickness.
Make sure the current specification file has an entry for a pipe component with main and reduction

The piping coordinates which the previous function tried to use are beyond the limits allowed
by CADWorx and AutoCAD.
Draw the piping system closer to a 0,0,0 coordinate. If this is an existing piping drawing, move it
closer to 0,0,0 and then mode convert. You must mode convert the drawing to re-create the
coordinate data stored within the components after a move. If you have any bolts in the system,
erase them before you move the system. Bolts can be re-inserted into the system with the
AUTOBOLT command.
Perform the above procedure in AutoCAD. If same issues persist, then it is an AutoCAD
limitation.
CADWorx coordinate limits are as follows:
In imperial coordinates (English / Inch Mode), the limit is approximately:
-9000000 inches to 99000000 inches
-750000 feet to 8250000 feet
-140 miles to 1500 miles
In metric coordinates (Metric / Metric Mode), the limit is approximately:
-9000000 millimeters to 99000000 millimeters
-9000 meters to 99000 meters
-9 kilometers to 99 kilometers
Technical Support (on page 10)
Error Number 2013
CADWorx was unable to draw the last steel component.
This error occurs because the AutoCAD solid modeling system could not create the steel shape at
the location selected. Following might be the reasons:
 Coordinate Limits - Steel coordinate limits are -9,000,000 to 99,000,000 units. However,
some steel shapes have limits that are much closer to the origin (0,0,0). Draw the steel
components closer to the origin and move them to their final location.
 In imperial coordinates, the limit is approximately: -750,000 feet to 8,250,000 feet
 In metric coordinates, the limit is -9,000 meters to 99,000 meters
 Length Limits - Single straight beam length is limited to 500 feet (6000 inches) or 152 meters
(152,400 millimeters).
 Curved Steel Limits - Curved steel beams might fail to draw if they are located too far away
from the origin. Draw curved steel beams closer to the origin and move them to their final
location.
 Zero Length Component - Attempted to create a component that has a zero length.
Verify the above criteria in AutoCAD. If same issues persist, then it is an AutoCAD
limitation.

An Intergraph CAS hardware lock was not found during a check of this computer and network.
If the problem persists, then perform the following steps before contacting support:
1. If the hardware lock is attached to this computer, run the diagnostic test routines on the
hardware lock. The diagnostic routines can be found in the [Product Folder]\ASSIDRV folder.
For more information on diagnostic routines and how to run the routines, review _ReadMe.txt
file located in the [Product Folder]\ASSIDRV\ folder.
2. Try installing CADWorx on another computer if possible.
3. Run the SetupESL.EXE utility from the CADWorx installation CD.
Red Network Hardware Lock
If you are using a Red Network Hardware Lock, review the instructions on how to setup a network
lock. The instructions are listed in _NetHASP_Setup.txt file located in the [Product
Folder]\ASSIDRV\ folder. You can also refer Install a network lock.
The network lock should be setup by the network administrator or a person who is familiar
with Windows based networks. If you are not familiar with concepts such as Network Protocols,
Broadcast, IP Addresses, TCP, UDP, and Windows Services, please do not attempt to setup the
network lock.
After reviewing the instructions, please do the following:
1. Run the LMSETUP.EXE utility on the computer where the Red NetHASP network hardware
lock is attached. LMSETUP.EXE is on the CADWorx installation CD. This utility will install the
latest version of the NetHASP License Manager.
This utility might require you to un-install the previous version of the NetHASP License
Manager.
2. Run CADWorx again. If the error persists, restrict where CADWorx searches for the NetHASP
License Manager. If you are using TCP/IP, modify the following lines in the NETHASP.INI file
located in the [Product Folder]\CADWorx\ASSIDRV\ folder.
[NH_COMMON]
NH_TCPIP = Enabled
[NH_TCPIP]
NH_SERVER_ADDR = xx.xx.xx.xx
NH_USE_BROADCAST = Disabled
xx.xx.xx.xx is the IP address of the machine to which the Red NetHASP network
hardware lock is attached.
3. Copy the modified NETHASP.INI file into AutoCAD folder. For example, copy NETHASP.INI
to C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD.

[NH_COMMON]
NH_TCPIP = Enabled
[NH_TCPIP]
NH_SERVER_ADDR = xx.xx.xx.xx
NH_USE_BROADCAST = Disabled
xx.xx.xx.xx is the IP address of the machine to which the Red NetHASP network
hardware lock is attached.

A valid Intergraph CAS hardware lock is not available for use with this program.
This error might occur for any of the following reasons:
 Reason #1: Intergraph CAS HL is not attached to this computer.
 Reason #2: Network Intergraph CAS HL is not attached to any computer on the network.
 Reason #3: Intergraph CAS HL is attached to this computer but it is not authorized to run this
program.
 Reason #4: Two Intergraph CAS HLs are attached to this computer. CADWorx only reads
data from one local hardware lock. Please remove one of the hardware locks and try again.
 Reason #5: Network Intergraph CAS HL is attached to a computer on the network, but it is not

Following could be the causes for this error:
 The module of CADWorx is not allowed access with the hardware lock in use. Check Module
Access Flags on this hardware lock with the HASP ESL Maintenance Utility.
a. Run the HASP ESL Maintenance Utility found in the CADWorx Program Group, or run
SUPPORT.EXE in the [Product Folder]\Support folder.
b. Click on Show ESL Data, and check which modules are active on the hardware lock.
 If you have two local Intergraph CAS hardware locks on the same computer. CADWorx only
reads date from one local hardware lock. Please remove one of the hardware locks and try
again. If you are using USB locks, unplug one of the CADWorx USB locks.
If you are using both local and network locks, CADWorx always uses the local lock first. If the
module is not authorized on the local lock, you will get this error. CADWorx will not check the
network lock for modules if a local lock is plugged into the computer.
