EXERCICE DE LA PROFESSION POUR LES ARCHITECTES ÉTRANGERS
En Hongrie, une licence professionnelle est requise pour les personnes désirant
pratiquer des activités dʼingénierie/de conception ; une licence spéciale dʼexpert est
nécessaire avant quʼune opinion dʼexpert ou un avis soit rendu.
Les critères pour lʼobtention du titre sont les suivant :
Avoir cotisé à la Chambre hongroise des Architectes
Posséder une « licence de port du titre » délivrée (sur demande) par la Chambre et sur la
base dʼune inscription au Registre officiel des Experts et Designers de la Chambre
Lʼaccord dʼune autorisation et lʼétablissement du titre pour un ingénieur/architecte
étranger sont gérés par la Chambre par une simple procédure. Pour les citoyens de la
Zone économique européenne (Union européenne et Norvège, Islande, Lichtenstein), les
titre et habilitation en Hongrie sont gérés par la Chambre et par le Ministère compétent.
La Chambre, agissant pour le demandeur, soumet la candidature (sur la base des
documents présentés à la Chambre par le demandeur) auprès du Ministère et, se
reposant sur la résolution de ce dernier, décide de lʼattribution du titre.
Lʼingénieur/architecte a lʼobligation dʼassurer lʼutilisation de la langue hongroise dans
tous les services quʼil offre, des présentations aux rapports, en passant par tous les
documents dʼusage en Hongrie.
