Bonjour!
Cette semaine je suis un peu stressée, car c'est l'inscription pour le marathon de Vancouver. C'EST
OFFICIEL!! J'ai vraiment hâte, dans 2 mois je vais courir dans Stanley Park le coeur léger. J'aurai amassé
5 000$ pour la recherche et le traitement des gens atteints du cancer du sang. Wow!! Mais il reste

Et l'entraînement d'hiver, laissez-moi vous dire que c'est pas évident tous les jours. Le vent, le froid, la
neige, la glace, la gadoue, ça m'a fait hurler, chialer, pleurer.... Mais je suis fidèle au poste chaque
samedi, dehors à 8h du matin pour ma longue course de groupe! Samedi prochain, commandez de
la bonne température pour moi car nous allons courir 16 km!
Quoi de neuf? J'en suis à plus de 50% de mon objectif de levée de fonds! Il me reste encore
quelques billets de hockey que vous pouvez vous procurer au coût de 20$.

Hello!
I'm kinda nervous this week because it's recommitment deadline for the Vancouver marathon. IT'S
OFFICIAL PEOPLE! It's exciting, because within 2 months I'll be running proudly in Stanley Park. I'll have
raised 5,000$ for blood cancer research and treatments benefiting people who truly need it. Amazing!

And guess what, winter training is TOUGH. The wind, the cold, snowy, icy and slushy sidewalks- they
made me scream, complain, cry a little.... But I'm ready every Saturday morning at 8 a.m. for our long
group run. Next Saturday, cross your fingers we get good weather 'cause I'll be in for a 16k run!
What's up? I've achieved over 50% of my fundraiser objective! There are still a few tickets for
sale- 20$ a pop.
SPECIAL SALE: until March 15, you can purchase additionnal tickets at the cost of 10$ each. Yyy-hah! 1
