Pas de contre indication à la pilule, sauf contre indication préalable à une contraception
orale pour un motif indépendant de la tumeur prise en charge
CANCERS GYNECOLOGIQUES, HORS CANCER DU SEIN
¾ Cancer du col utérin : pas de contre indication aux oestro progestatifs
¾ Autres cancers gynécologiques : contre indication aux oestro progestatifs
Si hystérectomie ou radiothérapie pelvienne réalisées : de fait, pas d’indication
Proposer CONTRACEPTION MECANIQUE (préservatifs, spermicides)
