ciseaux réguliers

• Écologique — non toxique et biodégradable
• Facile à utiliser et peut être appliqué directement sur le corps du
patient ou sur le plâtre
• Le matériau peut être chauffé dans l’eau ou au four
• Des pièces pré-taillées pour sur-mesure (« Cut-4-Custom ») sont
disponibles et interchangeables pour répondre aux besoins
spécifiques du patient
• Des revêtements lavables sont disponibles pour le « Cut-4-Custom » et
procurent une interface douce et attrayante entre l’orthèse et la peau
Spécifications:
• Matériaux: Tissu de polyester recouvert (Polycaprolactone)
• Température pour chauffage: 70° C (160° F)
• Temps de chauffage: Régulier = 2 minutes
Pièces « Cut-4-Custom » = 5 minutes
• Temps de moulage: 2 – 3 minutes
• Temps de refroidissement: 4 – 15 minutes
• Temps total de préparation (pour mise en charge): 10 – 20 minutes
• Épaisseurs: Régulier = 3 mm (3∕16"), 5 mm (3∕8") et 7 mm (¼")
• Entreposage: À des températures n’excédant pas 60° C (140° F)

• Orthèses sur mesure
Contre-indications:
• Applications avec des mises en charge extrêmes
• Toute exposition prolongée à des températures excédant 60° C (140° F)

Note : Pour déterminer la grandeur, assurez-vous de :
- Commencer par mesurer la circonférence de la taille
- Prendre les mesures verticales requises en fonction des critères de l’ordonnance médicale
Important : Pour appliquer les pièces pré-taillées, il est important d’envelopper le matériau à l’aide d’un emballage de plastique ou d’un bandage abdominal. Débuter
par la section postérieure et, une fois refroidie, continuer avec la section antérieure. L’enveloppement est essentiel pour assurer que le matériau se moule
correctement aux contours du corps et pour tenir les pièces pré-taillées en position jusqu’à ce qu’elles durcissent.
