What Are Causes of Dehydration?
The primary cause of dehydration may be the weather of the area causing excess sweating.
Hence, prolonged sweating can be a main cause of dehydration. If you have to be in such an
environment for longer periods where there is dry air, it can lead to dehydration. Chronic
diseases like diarrhea and vomiting are also a great cause of it.
Other than that other kinds of diseases like Cholera, yellow fever, and gastrointestinal
diseases can also accompany dehydration which may become the main reason for weight
loss, decrement in body fluid consequently.

● Frequent dizziness.
● Feeling thirsty.
● Changed color in urine like dark yellow along with strong-smell.
● Experiencing Weakness in the body.
● Feeling of dryness in the mouth, lips, and eyes.
● Decrement in the frequency of pee, less than four times a day.
If you are experiencing any one of the symptoms, your doctor can test your blood. The heart
tries to compensate for the loss of water by delivering more oxygen that may lead to high
blood pressure. You can also experience excess sweating at that time causing the raised
temperature in the body. This severity of the dehydration needs immediate medical attention.
