AROUND THE WORLD Filming Specs and Shot List • Each camera crew will capture Delta employees in front of a recognizable landmark. Reference the included shot list and attached video file for guidance. Once these shots have been captured, additional creative ideas are welcomed. • Resolution must be at 4K or 1080p. Frame rate (project base) must be set at 23.98 (with shutter speed at or near 1/48) for all clips that include dialogue. All clips without dialogue should be over cranked (slow motion) at 60fps (with shutter speed at or near 1/120). Nat sound is not necessary. • Note that reference photos/video are for framing purposes only and do not represent best acting or lighting practices. Shots #1-4 are Lock-Off shots—no camera movement. For shot #1, subject should begin near vertical center of screen. Shot #7 can incorporate some varied whip pans and snap zooms for interest. Also, get a take with employees shouting “Hello” In the local language. • The over-arching idea here is to see Delta people in cultures around the world. If there are other streets/buildings close by that show the local flavor, get a shot or two with employees there as well. We also welcome shots of employees with local people (posing, taking selfies, etc.) if the situation arises. However, if any faces other than employees are included in a shot, you must get a signed release from each of those people. A copy of the appropriate release is attached. • Thank you for your work on this project. If you have any questions about what is required, please email [email protected] with “AROUND THE WORLD” in the subject line.
