I am a Master Practioner in Clinical Counselling with a private
practice in Edmonton, Alberta. I help adults and families struggling
with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, addiction,
family conflict and relationship problems. I value quality over
quantity. Therefore, I only plan a limited number of appointments
per week so I can focus on every client’s unique needs and be
incredibly present with them in the meeting. I use cognitive
behavioral therapy and family systems to help you notice the
prototype in your life that have you feeling stuck, disconnected, and
alone.
