Welcome to the Joule Mobile Quick Reference Guide for version 1.3.5. This document provides an overview of
the Trayport Joule Mobile app for Joule Direct when accessed via a web browser.

Introduction
The Joule Mobile HTML app provides read-only access to market data on your smart phone.
The app, which is an extension of the Joule desktop experience, allows you to view Market Sheets and stay
current with market movements while away from your desk.
The Joule Mobile HTML app can be used with any mobile device using web browsers.

Log In
1. Open an Internet browser window and type https://webservices.jouledirect.trayport.com/joulemobile into
the address bar.
Note
For iOS users, download the Joule Mobile app from the App Store using the following link:
https://appsto.re/gb/cXuofb.i.
2. Enter your existing Trayport username and password into the Username and Password fields.
3. Click Login.

Tip
The ability to save your username and password is controlled by the browser settings on your mobile device.
Please consult your mobile device operating manual to enable this feature.

Quick Reference
If you want to ...
Then ...
Go to the previous screen.

Tap on the left arrow icons:
Go the Settings screen.

Tap on the left arrow icon.

In Market Depth, tap on the numbers to select the number
of visible price lines.

Go to the Settings screen.

Select Venue.

Go to the Settings screen.

Select Execution.

Go to the Settings screen.

In Dark Theme, tap on

Tap Run Diagnostics on one of the following screens:
Change the market depth.
See the Clearing venue
instead of the Trader or Broker Company
Code.
See the Execution Venue
instead of the Trader or Broker Company
Code.
Change the theme to a white background.
Send diagnostic data to Trayport Support.
Log Out of the Joule Mobile.

Tap Email.

Go to the Settings screen.

Tap on Logout.
Market
The first screen you see after logging in to Joule Mobile is Markets.
If you are using Joule Desktop, the name of the products in this screen mirror the folders or market sheets that
you have saved.

Tap on a name to see the market sheet with its products, for example Gas Main.

Trading Screens
Each Grid View (see page 7) displays one corresponding product per screen that you have set up on your Joule
desktop. You can change between the products by clicking on the right or left arrows ( , ). Grid view can be
used in both landscape and portrait page orientation.

Each Grid View screen displays one product per screen. You can change between the products clicking or tapping
on the right or left arrows.



In the Settings Screen you can control the appearance of Joule Mobile.

Trading Settings
Settings
Description
Dark Theme
Controls the appearance of all marketsheets. Switched on by default.

When switched on: Black and grey grid

When switched off: White and grey grid
Market Depth
Select the number of price rows you want to see for each contract in the market sheets.
Override Code
Column
Code: Displays the Trader Company Code or Broker Company Code
Venue: Displays the Clearing Venue Code.
Execution: Displays the Execution Venue Code.
App Settings
Settings
Description
Reload Menu
Reloads the information on the Settings screen.
About
Show the support email address as well as legal information and access to the EULA.
Logout
Press Logout if you want to end the current session.
Diagnostics
Press Diagnostics to view app and device information or to send this information to
Trayport Support.
