N'utilisez jamais LUMIRELAX 10 POUR CENT, crème dans les cas suivants:

Ce médicament contient de l'acide sorbique ou l'un de ses sels et peut provoquer des réactions
cutanées locales (eczéma).
Ce médicament contient du propylène glycol qui peut induire des irritations de la peau.
Précautions d'emploi
Ce médicament est réservé à l'adulte et à l'enfant de plus de 7 ans.
En cas d'épilepsie ancienne ou récente, DEMANDER CONSEIL A VOTRE MEDECIN.
EN CAS DE DOUTE NE PAS HESITER A DEMANDER L'AVIS DE VOTRE MEDECIN OU DE VOTRE
PHARMACIEN.
Prise ou utilisation d'autres médicaments
Si vous prenez ou avez pris récemment un autre médicament, y compris un médicament obtenu sans
ordonnance, parlez-en à votre médecin ou à votre pharmacien.
Grossesse et allaitement
En cas d'allaitement, il est préférable de ne pas utiliser ce médicament et en aucun cas il ne devra être
appliqué sur les seins.
D'une façon générale, il convient, au cours de la grossesse et de l'allaitement de toujours demander
l’avis de votre médecin ou de votre pharmacien avant de prendre un médicament.

3. COMMENT UTILISER LUMIRELAX 10 POUR CENT, crème ?
Posologie
RESERVE A L'ADULTE ET A L'ENFANT DE PLUS DE 7 ANS.
Applications locales 2 à 5 fois par jour en exerçant un léger massage.
Se laver les mains après utilisation.
Mode et voie d'administration
Voie cutanée.
Durée du traitement
Ne pas utiliser de façon prolongée sans avis médical.
Si vous avez utilisé plus de LUMIRELAX 10 POUR CENT, crème que vous n'auriez dû:
En cas de surdosage, rincer abondamment à l'eau
4. QUELS SONT LES EFFETS INDESIRABLES EVENTUELS ?
Comme tous les médicaments, LUMIRELAX 10 POUR CENT, crème est susceptible d'avoir des effets
indésirables, bien que tout le monde n'y soit pas sujet:
Notamment risque de réaction allergique locale nécessitant l'arrêt du traitement. Possibilité de réaction
cutanée (rougeur) normale au point d'application.
En raison de la présence, en tant qu'excipients, de dérivés terpéniques et en cas de non-respect des
doses préconisées:

Déclaration des effets secondaires
Si vous ressentez un quelconque effet indésirable, parlez-en à votre médecin ou votre pharmacien ou
votre infirmier/ère. Ceci s’applique aussi à tout effet indésirable qui ne serait pas mentionné dans cette
notice. Vous pouvez également déclarer les effets indésirables directement via le système national de
déclaration : Agence nationale de sécurité du médicament (Ansm) et réseau des Centres Régionaux de
Pharmacovigilance www.ansm.sante.fr. En signalant les effets indésirables, vous contribuez à fournir
davantage d’informations sur la sécurité du médicament.
5. COMMENT CONSERVER LUMIRELAX 10 POUR CENT, crème ?
Tenir hors de la portée et de la vue des enfants.
Ne pas utiliser LUMIRELAX 10 POUR CENT, crème après la date de péremption mentionnée sur le
conditionnement extérieur.
A conserver à une température inférieure ou égale à 25°C.
Les médicaments ne doivent pas être jetés au tout à l'égout ou avec les ordures ménagères. Demandez
à votre pharmacien ce qu'il faut faire des médicaments inutilisés. Ces mesures permettront de protéger
l'environnement.

Que contient LUMIRELAX 10 POUR CENT, crème ?
La substance active est:

Pour 100 g de crème.
Les autres composants sont:
Palmito stéarate de propylène glycol émulsionnable (Cétasal), glycérides polyglycolysés saturés
(Labrafil M 2130 CS), paraffine liquide légère, acide sorbique, huile essentielle de lavande gamma 1130,
eau purifiée.

1. WHAT LUMIRELAX 10 per cent cream IS AND WHAT IT IS USED FOR
Analgesic
(M : musculo-skeletal system)
Adjuvant topical treatment of muscle pain.
2. BEFORE YOU USE LUMIRELAX 10 per cent cream?
Do not use LUMIRELAX 10 per cent, cream in the following cases:
• Known allergy to one of the ingredients,
• Do not apply to mucous membranes, the eyes, onto a wound, an oozing lesion, an infected lesion or
under an occlusive dressing,
• Children with a history of febrile or non febrile convulsions (due to the presence of terpene
derivatives
in the formula).
YOU SHOULD CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR OR PHARMACIST IF YOU ARE UNSURE.
Take special care with LUMIRELAX 10 per cent, cream:
Special warnings
This product contains terpenes which, at excessive doses, can induce neurological adverse effects in
the
form of convulsions in infants and children.
Use as directed:
• Never apply a dose higher than the recommended dose (see How to use LUMIRELAX 10 per cent,
cream),
• Do not apply to a large surface of the body,
• Observe the recommended frequency and duration of treatment.
This medicine contains sorbic acid or one of its salt and can cause local skin reactions (eczema).
This medicine contains propylene glycol which may induce skin irritation.
Precautions for use
This medicinal product is indicated in adults and children over the age of 7 years.

In the case of old or recent epilepsy, ASK YOUR DOCTOR FOR ADVICE.

Using other medicines
Please tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or have recently taken any other
medicines, including medicines obtained without a prescription
Pregnancy and breast-feeding
If you are breastfeeding, it is preferable not to use this medicine and in no case you shall applied it on
the breasts.
Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking any medicine.
Important information about some of the ingredients of LUMIRELAX 10 per cent cream:
Excipients with known effects: sorbic acid, propylene glycol palmitostearate,
terpene derivatives (see Possible side effects).
3. HOW TO USE LUMIRELAX 10 per cent cream
Posology
RESERVED FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN OVER THE AGE OF 7 YEARS.
Topical application 2 to 5 times a day with gentle massage.
Wash the hands after use.
Mode and route of administration
For topical application
Duration of treatment
Do not use for long-term treatment unless advised by your doctor.
If you use more LUMIRELAX 10 per cent cream than you should :
rinse thoroughly with water.
4. POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS
Like all medicines, LUMIRELAX 10 per cent cream can cause side effects, although not
everybody gets them; especially a risk of local allergic reaction requiring discontinuation of treatment
and
possibility of a normal skin reaction (redness), at the application site.
Due to the presence of terpene excipients and when the recommended doses are not observed:
- risk of convulsions in children and infants,
- possibility of agitation and confusion in the elderly.
Reporting of side effects
If you get any side effects, talk to your doctor or, pharmacist or nurse. This includes any possible side
effects not listed in this leaflet. You can also report side effects directly via the national reporting
system
of your local health authority. By reporting side effect you can help provide more information on the
safety of this medicine.
5. HOW TO STORE LUMIRELAX 10 per cent cream
Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
Do not use LUMIRELAX 10 per cent cream after the expiry date which is stated on the carton.
Do not store above 25°C.
Medicines should not be disposed of via wastewater or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to
dispose of medicines no longer required. These measures will help to protect the environment.
