University Hospital, 2000 beds in total, 50 beds in hepato-gastroenterology including 10 beds destined for digestive
oncology (chemotherapy). Important activity in the field of digestive oncology (more that 500 cancer patients/ year, over
2000 chemotherapies/year) and digestive endoscopy (including new diagnostic and therapeutic methods: confocal
endomicroscopy, endoscopic treatment of early digestive cancers), closely related to INSERM research Units focused on
research in cancer and neuro-gastroenterology.
