A6000 de M2MSOFT est un
système vocal interactif sur IP
permettant l’exécution de scénarios
sur mesures tels que :
- La diffusion d’annonces audio sur
des critères sélectionnés
(identification du numéro appelant,
pattern destination, heure, etc...)
- La mise en relation avec un
opérateur (service clients) selon des
touches DTMF.
- La lecture ou l’écriture
d’informations en base de données
(consultation de solde, commande
avec saisie de code, etc...)
- La gestion de files d’attentes

temps réel du serveur.

code registration, etc...)
