et"la"physique" en"tentant"d’aborder"les" tissus"dentaires"et"leur" comportement"mécanique"de"
manière" inédite." Les" tissus" dentaires" étant" de" petites" dimensions," il" était" jusqu’à" maintenant"
assez" difficile" d’étudier" leurs" propriétés" locales" de" manière" fine" (en" particulier" les" tissus"
dentaires" lésés" ayant" des" dimensions" non" maîtrisées)." Avec" des" techniques" de" pointes" telles"
que" le" FIB-MEB," les" microscopies" confocale" à" balayage" laser" et" à" force" atomique," nous"
comptons"tenter"de"combler"ce"manque"de"connaissance"et"faire"le"lien"entre"la"microstructure"
locale" (variant" à" l’intérieur" même" du" tissu)" et" ses" propriétés" mécaniques." Cette" étude"
permettra"de"mieux"comprendre"le"rôle"des"gradients"de"microstructure"à"l’intérieur"du"tissu"
dentaire" sain" (et" lésé)." En" comprenant" l’impact" de" la" microstructure" sur" le" comportement"
mécanique," des" pistes" pourront" être" dégagées" sur" comment" restaurer" au" mieux" les" tissus"en"
répondant" par" exemple" aux" questions" suivantes" :" y-a-t-il" des" caractéristiques" intéressantes" à"
reproduire"pour"le"matériau"de"restauration"?"Est-il"intéressant"de"s’ancrer"sur"un"tissu"lésé"?"
