Preposition
A preposition is a word invariable which connects a noun
or pronoun complement (ie a different name, a verb or a noun).
Example: to, among, around, ...".
 Une préposition est un mot invariable qui relie un nom ou un pronom à
un complément (c'est à dire un autre nom, un verbe, ou un groupe
nominal).
 Exemple: jusqu'à, entre, vers, ...".

Preposition Of Time
 Prepositions of time can be used to show when
something happened.
 (Les prépositions de temps sont être utilisées pour
indiquer quand quelque chose est arrivé)

 We use:
 ‘at’ for a Precise Time.
 ‘in’ for Months, Years, Centuries and Long Periods.
 ‘on’ for Days and Dates.

When we say ‘last’, ‘next’, ‘ every’, ‘this’, we do not use at,
in and on.
 Examples:
1.I went to London last June. (not in last June).
2.He’s coming back next Tuesday. (not on next Tuesday).
3.I go home every Easter. (not at every Easter).
4.We’ll call you this evening. (not in this evening).
