tivées par le défibrillateur implantable.
Deux épisodes sont remis en rythme
sinusal par stimulation rapide (burst),
permettant de confirmer que ces TV sont
dus, en partie, à un phénomène de réen-
trée; ceci n’a pas été décrit à ce jour. Nous
avons pu revoir les dernières publications
concernant les TVPC, notamment sur les
aspects génétiques, le diagnostic différen-
tiel de l’affection et les autres causes de
TV bidirectionnelles.
