Je tiens à remercier sincèrement tous les membres de l’équipe avec laquelle j’ai travaillé
durant ces onze semaines au sein de l’ITM pour son accueil chaleureux
Je remercie tout particulièrement Mr Rousseau, mon tuteur de stage à l’ITM ainsi que
Maximilien Vermandel et Nacim Betrouni pour leur aide et leurs conseils qui m’on été
précieux lors de la réalisation de ce travail,
Je remercie également Mr Duszynski , mon tuteur à l’IUT, qui m’a suivit tout au long de ce
stage.

English summary
I worked with Mr. Duszynski my tutor at the university and Mr. Rousseau who was my tutor
at the laboratory.
I chose to end my studies at the institute of technology with a training period from the seventh
of April to the twentieth of June, in the research centre of ITM.
I was very interested in the c programming language which was already seen but briefly at the
school. So, it was the occasion to go deeper into my knowledge of these programming
language.
Moreover, I had the opportunity to discover a new domain : the medical imaging developed in
this institute. I worked to create tools which make easier the study of brain functioning.
So, I worked in a team on project which was a very enriching experiment both intellectual and
human.
