Subject: Study Plan for the Master’s Program in Finance – Chinese Government
Scholarship (CSC)
To the Members of the Admission Committee,
I am a graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management and Accounting from Benin.
I am writing to apply for a Master’s degree in China. My studies helped me learn about
accounting standards, financial analysis, and auditing. Now, I want to learn more about
international economics and how to manage national debt.
Choosing China for this Master’s degree is a very important decision for me. China is a great
model of success. It has built many large projects like roads and bridges while keeping its
economy stable. For a student from the WAEMU (U.E.M.O.A.) zone, learning how China
finances these projects through the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) is a great opportunity. I
believe that China’s way of developing through infrastructure is a good example for my country.
My research project is titled: "Analysis of Public Debt Sustainability and the Impact of
Investments within the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI): The Case of Infrastructure Projects
in West Africa." I want to study in a Chinese university to learn how to use modern tools to
analyze debt. My goal is to make sure that foreign investments in Benin are used well and help
our economy grow for a long time.
In the future, I want to work as a financial analyst or a consultant. I want to work for
international organizations or the Ministry of Finance in Benin. I hope to help my country
improve its financial rules and international cooperation.
Getting this scholarship is a chance for me to become a bridge between China and West Africa. I
am ready to work hard to learn the Chinese language and to succeed in my research.
Thank you for your time and for considering my application.
