Who would have believed that everyone is playing the word games and sharing
their stats? Those of us who used to play scrabble sometimes felt under attack
from friends about how we would find enjoyment in words in squares! Wordle by
Josh Wardle altered it all. For the uninitiated to all the games, while in Wordle
you need to figure out one five letter word, in Dordle there are two which you
have to discover concurrently, in Quordle four of them and in Octordle a whole
set of eight of them using the same key strikes you make. Oddly, the more words
there are, the more likely one will be to rapidly figure out a handful of them. Any
one of these games may be enjoyed in two ways. Either you want to locate the
word or words in the shortest feasible manner, that is the least number of steps,
or you make wise initial movements as investments such that you can almost
ever lose.
