General Notes:
1. All dimensions are in meter unless otherwise
specificed;
2. Fabrication and erection of structural steel to be
in accordance with project specifications
SIM-9000-C-SPE-00033;
3. All gusset plates shall be 8mm thick unless
otherwise noted,
4. All fillet welds shall be 6mm thick;
5. All welds shall be continues full penetration fillet
weld unless otherwise specified;
6. All structural steel shall be painted as per
specification. Quality control is the total
responsibility of the site team;
7. All joints to be properly seal with sillica jel;
8. All gaps shall be fill with puff;
9. The structural steel surface shall be cleaned with
help of wire brush;
10. All structural steel work shall be given first coat
of red oxid/Zinc chromate;
11. Final coat shall consist of anti-corrosive
synthetic enamal paint with min DFT value of 75
microns
