Treat yourself to small portion of your favorite dessert every other day, after you
have eaten a healthy meal. When you just eat a morsel, you will not feel like you
have to sacrifice your dessert. You will have a better attitude toward sticking to
your diet, knowing that you can still enjoy your favorite treat.
Eating less fat will result in weight loss. On average, Americans consume way to

to your eating plan.
