In general, urinary incontinence can be divided into two types:
● Stress incontinence can be experienced by women who laugh, cough, jump or do any
activity that increases the pressure on their bladders or pelvic floor.
● Women who feel the need to go to the bathroom frequently but then leak their urine, are
known as emergency incontinence. They also frequently go to the bathroom throughout the
day, and then wake up in the night to go there.
There are many common causes of urinary incontinence:
● Menopause, pregnancy or childbirth
● Urinary tract infections, cancer, and surgical procedures are all possible.
● Multiple sclerosis, diabetes and Parkinson's disease
● Kidney problems and infections of the urinary tract
Pelvic Floor Strong is beneficial for everyone, no matter what their reason.
This program helps women regain strength and stamina through a comprehensive fitness and
training guide. Pee leaks are a natural part of aging. However, they can be embarrassing and
humiliating if they are not treated quickly. If the problem persists, exercise can help to improve or
reduce it.
The Pelvic Floor Strong program includes core and kegel exercises. It also offers dietary advice.
This program doesn't require a fitness trainer, gym equipment, or going into a gym.
What are the Pelvic Floor Strong Systems?
This program is intended to teach women about their pelvic floor. As a woman ages, undergoes
hormonal changes and gives birth, her pelvic strength decreases. Although most cases of urinary
incontinence are experienced by women, it can also happen to men.
Alex Miller, a woman's health expert and fitness instructor, created this Pelvic Floor Strong program.
Her specialties include weight training and fitness, as well as pre- and postnatal body toning and
body tone.
