Section 1 – Scope of Supply
1.0 Instructions to SELLER at the Offer Stage:
1.1. SELLER shall submit with his offer, the attached Compliance Statement(s) as per format
mentioned in section 2 of MR duly filled up. The Statement(s) shall be filled and submitted,
irrespective of whether SELLER is complying fully or partially with the requirements of the MRQ.
1.2. SELLER shall furnish all the documents requested to be submitted along with bid (See Section 3).
In case some documents are missing, the bid may not be taken up for review, thus delaying the
Technical Review process. It might happen that the SELLER’s bid may be dropped from
Technical review process without giving information to the SELLER.
1.3. SELLER shall submit the duly signed and stamped Datasheets, after filling in the requested data,
along with the bid. Wherever SELLER does not agree with the data already filled in, SELLER
shall correct it, by crossing it out and writing his figures, in the datasheet itself.
2.0 Requirements to be fulfilled by SELLER:
2.1. SELLER shall check and confirm that the scope specified in Section 1 satisfies the duty
requirements described in the Material Requisition and the referenced documents.
All components which are required for the equipment to function, if not stated in Section 1,
shall be explicitly defined by SELLER and informed to BUYER during offer review. Any missed
out items, if discovered after placement of the purchase order, shall be part of SELLER’s
scope.
2.2. SELLER shall be responsible to comply with all the statutory requirements. In case, any of the
instructions and details in the MR and its attachments contravene any statutory requirements,
SELLER shall bring the same to the notice of BUYER immediately, for resolution.
2.3. SELLER shall be responsible to comply with Design Codes, Datasheets, Specifications and
Design Standards attached to this MR. Any modification/deviation shall be submitted in the
prescribed format FR-ZR-0096.
2.4. The SELLER shall furnish Design Guarantee for all the equipment and parts thereof, where the
design is in SELLER’s scope. The SELLER shall furnish the Material and Workmanship
guarantee for all the equipment and parts thereof, which are in SELLER’s scope of supply.

1. NDE casting and material certification shall be in accordance with piping material
specification.
2. Seller shall furnish fitting, mounting brackets necessary to make the assembly functional and
provide a completely assembled operable unit.
3. Inspection and test of valves shall be as per attachment-1.
4. Vendor shall supply following 2 Years Operational & Commissioning Spares for ROSOV Valves &
