I am new to Fanuc robots and have been slowly building and assembling a
machine to assemble one of our products. I have pre-assigned IO on rack
48 slot 1 start 1 which is DI 101-120, my standard 20 inputs on the Honda
plug and then there are DI's 81-88 assigned to Rack 48 slot 1 start 21. I
have no idea where start 21 is in terms of physical connection. Any
ideas?
The outputs also have the same 20 (DO 101-120) and 8 (DO 81-88). The 20
are also assigned to the rack 48 slot 1 start 1 and 8 assigned to start
21.
I woudl like to use these extra 8 if it's possible as I am all maxed out
on my current inputs 1-12 assigned to DO and 13-20 assigned to UOP to
give my fist 8 UOP inputs that I can use to start and reset the robot
cell once the door closed and safety raised.
