SPECIFICATIONS
Pizza moulder with discs realized to resolve problems for formation round pizza without changing dough peculiarity. The pizza moulder allows to economize times
and above all don’t need specialized staff. Thickness and compression time setting. Thickness between discs adjustable by mean of a hand-wheel the compression
time and discs temperature adjustable by mean of timer and thermostat. The metal structure is covered with stainless steel panels, the discs and protection hands
safety device in stainless steel. The machinery operate by mean of a three-phase gear motor and camshaft transmission.
