Introduction
“
“
Changing community is a big topic that we hear it always and forever, but as a superficial
look, and we don’t know the true meaning of it, Also, it is not just words but actions.
Also, changing community is about solving problems, celebrating life and allowing others
to celebrate their lives, and allowing all people to reach their full potential...
Working in the community has the potential to build partnerships, share responsibility,
leverage resources and coordinate change efforts. There is not only one way to move
from data to action, because there are many variables and mandates to consider when
working community wide.
Causes and factors for making change
Causes and factors
for making change
The factors that influence
communities to adopt new and
different ways of doing, perceiving,
and discussing: It is simply the
failure and malfunction of the
current system, or ways, attitudes,
management…, and the desire for
improvement and development …

The most viable Solution:
Well, I’m going to give you the most viable solution ; Remember in
school how there were clubs, sports, organized volunteer opportunities
and things like student government? High schools didn’t invent those
things, they just copied them from the adult world. So, we could
practice being involved in our communities, and while It’s good to have
practiced in school, another great about adulthood is that it’s not
school and you don’t have to be interested in only the things you were
young. You can experiment and try stuff out. So first ask yourself what
you’re interested in and wanting to try, the, follow the plan and the
strategies that we mentioned earlier.

Factors affecting the work:
TARGETED MISSION
It tells what the organization is going to do and why
CHANGES IN LEADERSHIP
Involving competent leaders with a clear vision
ACTION PLANNING
The actions that will bring about desired community
or system changes:
 Who will take those actions
 When they will be done
 What resources are needed to get the job done
 When partnerships develop a plan of action,
they are more successful bringing about
community change and improvement..
RESOURCES FOR COMMUNITY MOBILIZERS
People who act as catalysts (the ones who will
start the ball rolling on the actions
that the group decides to do)
DOCUMENTATION AND FEEDBACK
To know whether a community group's efforts are
making a difference
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
Good leaders work to attract competent people with
skills that complement those of other people in the
organization.
"You are not bound to
finish the work, but
neither are you free to
give it up."
‘’Don't hide away from innovation.
Embrace change. Show the
community you want to make a
positive impact to your area.
Don't shy away, hoping residents
will be on board with your plans.
Even worse, don't block out the
community's opinion altogether.’’
Conclusion:
As an engineering student I want to send a msg to all
members of society: I would tell them to find
a problem that they care about, to find a way to work
with people who are experienced at effecting
community change, to look back and take stock,
to use social media to promote change, ...
If their effort is sincere and earnest, they will see
success.

If you visit these ressources, you will notice that i I only relied
on them at a rate of 25%, and I’m just familiarized with how the
topic is handled and I’m drafting it in my own way; by
summarizing texts, and drawing schemas, charts... And all this
to simplify matters.
