
Spider Veins and Varicose Veins:
What's the Difference?

effects of varicose veins.
What are the causes of varicose veins?
Deoxygenated blood back to our hearts is carried by the veins present in our body.
These veins consist of a series of one-way valves which restricts the blood to flow
backward. However, most of the time these valves fail and this will lead to rising
pressure of varicose veins.
