I am very disappointed. this is not what I expected.
The shampoo, as seen in the photo, thus arrived, without a lid and only with that plastic seal, luckily it did not
spill in the box, I removed the seal to use it but it is not the kerastase shampoo. .
At first I thought that maybe customs removed the cap for some security reason, but analyzing and using the
shampoo I realized that it is not the same.
I requested a refund and Amazon asked me to return the shampoo that didn't even come with a cap 🤦🏻 ♀ .

I have always used Kerastase and after ordering this, it did nothing for my hair and seemed like a different
product. Best to order directly from the company. It's a great product line but will not order it again here.

I purchased this shampoo twice, and my hair is so oily the next day! I stuck with it and gave it time but I'm
washing my hair more now than before because it's so much more oily. So I'm now buying from the actual
Kerastase! Yes I'm paying a little more but this shampoo is like water I have to buy double.

I loved Wen shampoo but suffered a bout of falling hair recently for unknown reasons and decided to spend
the money on this, knowing it was an excellent brand. I now adore this much more even than Wen for the way
it leaves my hair, and the herbal smell, similar to Herbal Essence. It does indeed stop the hair loss. I wouldn't
have believed a shampoo could do this but my scalp and follicles seem to love this. It's worth the steep price
to me. I have several Kerastace hair products and love them all. Nothing compares to the way my hair
responds to this brand in terms of shine, texture, and body. My huge new bottle of Wen sits unused. If you
have a falling hair problem give this a try. Many people have had succes with this I have heard.
edit: I believe the Wen shampoo was responsible for the hair loss. It stopped when I stopped using it and I
have heard others say the same thing. Some people may react badly to the
menthol and various oils and plant essences in it.
