In the course of getting deeply absorbed in reading the 7 habits of highly
effective people, I learned as well as acquired numerous insights and
principles necessary for efficient and effective living. I would be delighted to
briefly share my own thought.
INSIDE-OUT
PERSONAL EFFECTS-I realized that in search of the true self and how one can
effectively impact on one another, there every need for me to start from
within, nurture myself before coming out to the surface while recognizing
that the principle of interdependence plays a higher value than
independence as it will help me to achieve my aspirations and overcome my
greatest challenges because when two or more people of similar vibrations
are gathered for a purpose, their combined energy directed towards the
attainment of that purpose is doubled, tripled, quadrupled and more as the
law of fellowship suggests.
SEVEN HABITS
PERSONAL EFFECTS-I have learned to work on my character ethic and
personality ethic and to integrate them meaningfully into habit that
comprises my knowledge, skill, and desire for effective living. I have come to
realize that for me to achieve my highest aspirations in life and overcome my
greatest challenges, I need to identify and apply the natural laws that govern
the results I seek. I have inculcated the PC principle in me, that is,
balancing between the production output and the production capacity so
that there will not be deficiencies in my expected result.
BE PROACTIVE
PERSONAL EFFECTS-The most essential aspect of my experience in this book is
that I have learnt to be proactive in everything I do-trying to be responsible
to make things around me happen. I have come to see that working on my
circle of influence (that is, areas that I can do something about it and have
much control of), will increase my efficiency level and provide initiatives on
how to effectively respond to my circle of concern (that is, areas within my
environment which I do not have much control of and thus creates problems
and concerns for me). Taking the initiative by recognizing my responsibility
