1-When you are an au pair you become an extended part of a new family, sharing your
culture and combining childcare with a year of adventure, study and travel. Imagine
pumpkin carving and playing dress up at Halloween, joining in the festivities on the
Fourth of July or building snowmen in winter!
You will be a friend, companion and role model to the children that you will be caring
for, so a genuine love for children is important!
Living with a host family and caring for their children is the perfect way to learn about
American culture, and also a chance to share your culture with them. This is your
chance for a real slice of life in the USA. Make a decision you'll never regret — the
adventure of a lifetime is waiting for you!
2-Teaching is the best job. I enjoy every bit of my job. It has its ups and
downs but on the whole it's fulfilling when you help youngsters to leave
school with decent grades and know they have a future.
I love teaching. I revel in sharing learning with students who want to learn.
The current celebrity culture where fame and money are obtained through
how you look and what you possess seems all too often to make 'learning' an
'uncool' thing. The recent Cambridge research about 'being bland' in order
to fit in does explain a great deal about the poor attitude to learning and the
great effort made to avoid it (especially if it makes you a 'boff').
3-Whenever my mind travels over the past event of my life on the 5th of
December i start to have goosebumps. During my holidays my parents and i went
to Malaysia and there i almost escape from death. In the west of Malaysia, there
is the cobra which is the most dangerous and venomous one. This snake prefers
to wander in cool places such as rivers, streams where it appears most often in
the afternoon. In addition, the most surprising thing is that there are plenty of
fishes there, so, whoever goes there should watch out for snakes which are
deadly.
